you didn't do good weight lifting, you had fuckarounditis.
you must do the weights the right way
Didnt know where else to post this so here it is. Day 3 I am down 2 lbs, the size 12 pants I wore last week that I couldnt get buttoned and had a huge muffin top, FIT no muffin top this morning!!! I am still tired, got a headache, but I know this will pass. I am super afraid to eat any fruit as I havent had any these past 2 days and dont want to hinder my resultsSince I quit smoking in '07 I have tried everything and I mean just about everything with no luck. I did extensive weight lifting, took up running (went from never running to finishing my first 5K in 6 weeks), ran my entire summer away last year, nothing worked, I was so discouraged. Saw an endocrinologist, everything was normal. I am so looking forward to my 30 day results!!!

thank you~I am hoping so too, I have already noticed too that the pain in my elbow is going away. Before I couldnt even lift a bottle of water with out it hurting. Now I am able to, I had a dr. appt for it Monday but cancelled it. Good thing LOL.
You said nothing worked. 7 years of lifting and you are struggling with body composition/weight issues? Then you cannot be lifting the right way.
I mean no harm to you nor disrespect. But you need to honestly assess your competence and move on from there.
If you're not doing something right, there is no shame in this. Shame is in not adjusting.
Well I've always heard it and I believe it, its 80% diet, 20% exercise. I just struggled with diet ALOT!!!
