    Hello!

    Just checking in. My diet has not been ideal. Stress is getting to me and I'm eating lots o chocolate and gummi bears, which make me feel terrible afterward.
    Good news, in all my crossfit classes I'm still like the strongest girl there. Yay. Hopefully I can get this diet right and look and be actually stronger!

    Well, for dinner I'm making some bacon and hamburger, with some mayonnaise and broccoli. Should be good. I'll be up most of the night working on homework so I'll try not to graze too much.

    CW weight-132lbs and 19% body fat
    PW weight- 121lbs and 18% body fat
    Goal weight- 115-120 with 12-15% body fat

    Have you plugged this into fitday? Are you sure you're eating enough calories throughout the week?
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
