I am way late to this thread, but as I'm sitting here planning our next two weeks of meals, thought I would check here to see if anyone else started a thread along the same vein!
This is what our two week meal plans look like. Monday and Saturday are leftover days. a) because we always have a big Sunday family dinner and b) Saturday everyone is everywhere else most of the day and its pointless to cook.
Coconut flour Pancakes/Eggs
Sausage/Fruit w/ homemade yogurt
Bacon wrapped bananas
Coconut crusted chicken fingers
pumpkin sausage soup
egg salad wrapped in lettuce
kitchen sink soup w/ cheese crackers
Rosemary lemon stuffed chicken
Garlic beef roast
rub me dry ribs
