    Scotch eggs... aka breakfast bombs

    Primal Fuel
Ok all here is my twist on scotch eggs… ADD BACON
    Ingredients,
    1 lb of ground sausage
    6 hardboiled eggs
    Pack of Bacon

First hard boil 6 eggs, (I soft boil mine) and peal. Separate the sausage into 6 equal balls. Flatten the sausage balls into thin pancakes and wrap around your eggs. Wrap your bacon around the eggs.

Bake at 350-375 for 20-30 min rotating halfway through depending on how crispy you like your bacon.

Eat hot as is, eat cold cutup on a salad… the choice is yours and yours alone….
    Disclaimer… ADDICTIVE

    Cheers and enjoy

    yeah you are

I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!

I'd been wondering what I'd start making when I switch to the 7 am shift (don't know if it'll be too early to actually cook in the morning). This might be it . . . thanks for sharing!

Make them on a Sunday and grab them right from the fridge and eat cold... They are still good.

when I made these I had trouble getting the meat to stick to the eggs, I found that coating the egg with a thin layer of fresh grated parmesan was a great way to get em to work. (I used another coat of parm on the outside, but bacon sounded even better)

@drssgchic crustless quiche is good for pre-cooked bfast too.
