So yesterday out of curiosity and boredom i taught i would put my food intake into fitday to see how much of my Recommended Daily allowance i have taken in. Apart from Vit D which was at 48% i managed to meet and exceeded the RDA.
Does it matter what foods you eat as long as you are meeting and exceeding the RDA
