Cut the pumpkin into chunks, boil in big pot w/ a little olive oil & sea salt for 15-20 minutes or until soft. Drain. Scoop meat off shell, put back in pot (without the water). Add lots of butter, cinammon, allspice, and some honey or sugar (if that's compatible with your diet). Mash it all together, but leave some big chunks in it. I eat it w/o sugar or honey, but some like it sweeter.
