    This is plum depressing!

    Primal Fuel
I guess this has been in the back of my mind but recent events have shown me that I'll likely grow older and more fit while most everyone that I know (friends and family) are so firmly stuck in CW ways that they will just get sicker and sicker until I'm left alone. All of my family is stuck in CW ways. All my friends are fat and sick but have no interest in changing their ways.

I just can't see myself living out my life in a retirement village listening to people bitch about their bowel movements.

The way I'm going I'll have a long but lonely life. I have always been kind of a lone wolf but still strange to think about.

I need to find a different set of friends.

    Anybody else going through this?

Wow, now I'm depressed, especially since I can't seem to get hubby on board! I am hopeful that eventually the Primal way of eating will become the healthy standard, and you're never too old to start!

    Feel better, now? :-)

I'm going through the same thing with my wife and to be honest, pretty much all the rest of my family. Honestly I don't see PB ever becoming the healthy standard. There is too much money and power involved in keeping people sick and fat.

And thanks, I feel much better now!

Not really relevant to this thread but I found this and thought it was funny.

Just keep setting the good example. The good thing about primal is that it is its own best advertisement.

And if people around you try it, they'll start reversing the ill effects of SAD CW right away. You never know!

Was thinking about this while walking the dog this morning. Expect I'll have to care for my wife in a decade or two. Hope it doesn't get to the point that I'll have to care for my adult children

I'm gonna start a Primal widow(er)s' adventure resort for Primal oldsters to party and live together down in Costa Rica, since we'll be the only ones around and all of our loved ones will be dead (like in "Highlander"). First one to catch a wave in the morning wins.

Have you all seen the new Grok shirts? (I don't know if these are available for sale to the public, but I've seen a recent picture with Mark and Carrie Sisson sporting these.) They say LIVE LONG, DROP DEAD.
