Leftover sparerib cooking fluid/sauce
I made spareribs (kinda like the recipe ChocoTaco369 postted in his food porn thread) for 20 people yesterday. So now I have about 5 liters of the sauce they cooked in, it tastes awesome and I find it a waste to just trow it away.
Anyone here that has some ideas how I can put some of it to use?
It's basically wine, stock, tomato paste, onions, salt, pepper, time, garlic, that red curry paste, bay leaves , apple cider vinegar and oregano in which spareribs have been cooked for 3 hours.
