Hello, does anyone have any primal dessert recipe's that don't include almond or coconut meal? Heavy Whip cream, yoghurt, berries and so on are welcome.

    Ice cream.
I'll be posting a dessert-tea infused ice cream recipe today on my blog.

    Okey, looking forward to it.
Also, I have some real honey that I got from a farm, meaning no artificial sugars or anything like that. So a little bit of that I think wouldn't be that bad. In on my 10th day of primal and I feel very good, was some hard times between 3-8 day as my body craved all kind of crap, but I got through it and it's a lot easier. I didn't even had a sweet tooth craving today when I went to the store and saw all sugary products!

Sweet potato with butter and maple syrup or honey and cinnamon.

Avocado blended with cocoa powder and sweetener makes a nice mousse/pudding. Add nut butter for extra yum.

Add chia seeds to yogurt and/or cream with sweetener, let sit and becomes like tapioca.

Baked apples with raisins, butter, honey, etc.

Piece of dark chocolate with almond butter

Fried bananas with honey or maple

Frozen blueberries and coconut milk smoothie

Mashed banana with nuts, raisins, cinnamon, chocolate shavings

I do this quite a bit

in a microwave bowl put some fruit(i usually use berries, 1 chopped up apple, and 1 chopped banana), then in another bowl beat 1 egg with about half a can of pureed pumpkin, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup or a tsp of stevia powder until a sort of dough forms. depending on how big your egg was and how watery the pumpkin is or if you used the stevia it can be sort of runny like pancake batter and it doesn't really matter.

anyway scoop the pumpkin/egg mixture on top of the fruit and nuke for 2 and 1/2 mins or you could bake it(I never tried). what you end up with is a soft fruit crisp thing with a layer of pumkin bread like substance on top of warm fruit that is awesome as all get out. I usually top this with some homemade honey or maple butter.

Meringues. The recipe I use has only 3 TBL of sugar...not much for a few dozen cookies.

Ditto on the baked apple idea. That's one of my favorite ways to fight a sweet tooth, especially during the fall and winter! Smoothies are also great, as are berries with whipped cream. I also happen to love the custard recipe in the PB cookbook!
