    Smile 4th primal day

    Primal Fuel
And I just decided to come here and say hi!

I would like to say hi to all my fellow grokies! I just joined this community after an extensive search to find a solution to my eating and lifestyle disorders.

I'm a 25 year old male currently residing in Tokyo, Japan. After steadily losing wait the last year I reached an ugly plateau. My main problem is that I have been using food as a "drug" since I was a kid. If I felt sad or down I would just gulp down some sweets or pizza or whatever to feel good.

Only since last year I've been completely aware of this problem. I even looked into Alcoholics Anonymous related stuff to see if I could apply those solutions to my gluttony... Far from it based on the different nature of alcohol and food.

Anyway my experience in this four days has been quite good. I feel quite optimistic and enthusiastic about primal lifestyle. This might be the change I need in order to reach my goals.

I will rely on you guys support, very nice to meet you all!

Welcome on board... This is a good place to be if you are a food junkie, you get to eat yummy things and if you feel the need stuff you face with them. I have not once gond "hungry" since i started and lost 55 lbs.

Stick with it, you will be happy and stop obsessing over food.

    Cheers

Hi. My name is Hedonist and I'm a carb over eater. Well, there is Overeaters Anonymous. I tried it many years ago. Not sure it would work with primal though. But we are here as a support group. Good luck with primal.

Welcome to the tribe! I think you'll enjoy your time with us. Good luck with the transition and we're all here to help in any way we can.

What position do you play in Rugby? I used to play Wing (Right side mainly).
