Breakfast: eggs scrambled in coconut oil, bacon
Snack: cucumber slices, cashews(1.5oz), a cup of homemade bone broth
Dinner: Sirloin, broccoli lightly cooked in bone broth, kimchi
Drinks: Water, green tea, ginger tea
Supplements: Fish oil
Exercise: 60 min elliptical
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil, sirloin leftover, pico de gallo, 1 cup strawberries, 1 granny smith apple, 20 grapes.
Snack 1 oz macadamias
Dinner chicken soup(made with carrots, onions chicken thighs and breast, and homemade bone broth) big ass salad(salad greens, tomatos, avocado, lemon juice oilive oil).
Drinks: water, white tea, green tea
Exercise: more circuit training
Other stuff: another fruit-heavy day, I have not experienced any binges or cravings though. My lower belly pooch is starting to disappear.

Breakfast: 1cup strawberries and blueberries, 1/2 c. bulgarian yogurt, 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil, nitrate-free ham
Snack: 1oz macadamias
Lunch: leftover chicken soup, 1/2 avocado
Dinner: Ground beef sauteed with onions pico de gallo and bell peppers. avocado slices, broccoli simmered in bone broth cucumber slices.
Drinks: water, green tea, ginger tea(homemade with lemon)
Exercise: none, I decided to give my body a break from the circuits and HIT training, plus I just realized walk about 3/4-1.5 miles around campus on a near daily basis(while carrying a 10-20lb back pack). The walk is getting easier, and I am not as out of breath.
I am staring to settle into a whole-foods unprocessed diet with minimal dairy. I am tempted to try soaked white beans, quinoa and lentils but I think I will wait until my wallet is in trouble and I need cheap food. I am doing just fine without them. I guess my diet is moving towards a gaps/paleo/weston a price fusion.
