Looks yummy! I just recently discovered the perfection that is broccoli slaw When cooked down in the sauce (I make one just like this but no almond butter for me and I add a little rice vinegar) the broccoli slaw magically transforms into lo mien noodles! I don't know how, but they are delicious. I never thought to add extra veggies though, I think I'll try the peapods with it next.
