This is totally reasonable if you want it year round.... or you can just drink it when the grass is in season!

I have a source of sheep's cheese here in Upstate NY, that she will warn me if they are running out of 100% grassfed milk for the season.
I'm less excited about the cheese when the fresh grass is not a component.

I'd buy the Whole Foods stuff if I didn't have my herdshare to depend on. Pre-herdshare we did buy local, grassfed, nonhomogenized milk and cream from WF.

Sounds reasonable to me. I buy Kalona Supernatural Grass Fed Organic Cream.

Supplemented feeding is just a reality for those of us in more northern areas. I have a friend who raises cattle, and she has no option but to feed some hay and a bit of local (non-corn) grain over the winter because otherwise, in northern Alberta, her herd would starve.
