I eat no dairy on a regular basis. My fats come from coconut milk (aroy-d, thick creamy, not the "SO Delicious" brand water) grass-fed beef tallow, coconut oil, canned black olives, salmon and avocadoes. I can easily get 60% of my daily intake from fat this way.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
