    1 Month Results

    5'4"
    Starting Size- 12
    Starting Weight- 197lbs
    Goal Weight-150 lbs

    September 8th, 2011-197 lbs
    September 27th, 2011-185lbs
    October 8th, 2011-180 lbs


    I feel amazing, however I still have 30 lbs to go, any suggestions.. When I see progress pictures or read results it really helps me feel motivated.. Does anyone have 2 or 3 month progress results they would like to share?

    That is amazing KrisC! Congratulations!

    I've been Primal for 3 (and 1/2) months and it only gets easier IMO. Keep on reading forums/sites/blogs that motivate you, try new recipes or make some favorites that are primal friendly, and know that you have a support system here.

    Before work, while the kidos are eating breakfast I do a Kettle Bells work out video. I started coming home for lunch, Fast Walk for 20 min and Kettle Bell workout..

    Breakfast:

    Eggs

    Lunch:

    Cucumber with Tuna
    or
    Salad with Chicken

    Dinner: (Varies)

    Meat and Veggies..

    A week ago I cut sugar to see if it make any difference and what I noticed was my stomach appeared small and I felt less bloated..
    Still not 100% Primal, I have on occasion had small flour tortillas(tacos) and if I drink I have vodka, soda water with lime..

    Awesome work. Always great to see other people that are making their lives better with the Primal Blueprint. It always motivates me to work harder hearing success stories. I went primal about 4.5 months ago. Have lost about 54lbs. in this time. My goal weight is another 15lbs. I've posted my story and some before and after pics in another thread in Success Stories called "Diabetic getting Control". Good luck with your goals.

    This is perfect. The foods you listed are good.

    Of course, the first weight you lose is apparently water (or so every nutritionist tells me!) The weight loss is very rapid and comes to a grinding halt.

    That's when the real test of might starts.

    Hit your fats harder and you won't slow down.

    Also, I've heard so many good things about the kettle bell mixed with the primal lifestyle. Keep it up!

    If you want more results, you could try a more moderate version of HIIT.

    They are right. If you're curious, Robb Wolf explains why we lose so much water weight on low carb in this episode of his podcast at around the 29:18 mark.

    Congratulations KrisC on the great start! Keep it up, you're definitely on the right track by further cutting sugar.

    Every nutritionist also says I'm on the road to an early heart attack with my red meat. I take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt now.

    im about a week short of 3 months, and down 55lbs ...

    im 100% primal except a few small cheats on my vacation last week that i LOST 2 lbs on!

    push yourself, walk, move around, lift things .. ENJOY
