The one that I make all the time, usually once a day, is this:

1 can coconut milk FULL FAT
    1 banana
1 cup frozen (thawed) berries (usually raspberries, or strawberries - don't like the blueberry "skin" in my teeth)
a pinch of stevia OR some honey
    1 egg

Mix all in a blender, and enjoy! I do.

1 banana, frozen and cut into chunks
    1 scoop protein powder
Half a can of coconut milk (I usually use light coconut milk for this, otherwise its too viscous to be a shake).
    Subduction leads to orogeny

My blog that I don't update as often as I should: http://primalclimber.blogspot.com/

Thanks for this, I have been making it and having a small glass every time I get a sugar craving. Is stopped using banana and use 2 eggs, will probably stop adding honey too since I don't really taste it. Switching the raspberries I usually use for strawberries tomorrow.
