Trying to figure it all out

    Hey guys,

I'm new here, so I'll start by introducing myself. I'm a grad student at the University of Arkansas. My schedule is hectic, as work may come at all hours. I'm not in too bad of shape, I guess I have the skinny gene, but I'd like some abs. I've been thinking about starting the primal lifestyle, but I'm unsure how to go about it. I've started reading the primal blueprint and I have two of the cook books, but I'm unsure of what to eat for breakfast/lunch. I imagine I'll just cook large dinners and try to use some of the leftovers for lunch, but some tips would be greatly appreciated. Guide me please!

My breakfast is either nothing or a can of real coconut milk, like aroy-d. Everything else is mountains of fresh produce, healthy fats and fish.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Eggs n veggies(cooked in butter/coconut oil) are a good start to the day. Even the leftovers you mentioned are a great idea. Just try to avoid snacking too much. Good luck to you,and Grok On!
