Primal Journey (BamaAla)

I've been primal for about 2 weeks now. Thus far, I've been nearly 100% and loving it. I'm down 9 lbs. already!
I'm going to start a journal now because I got my body mass measured yesterday, so I have a good "starting place." I hope to update very regularly and to see how my body composition changes over the net few weeks, months, and hopefully years.
Where I am starting:
Height: 72.5 inches
Weight: 96.1 kg (211 lbs)
Lean weight: 59.513 kg
Tissue % lean: 62%
Fat weight: 33.474 kg
Tissue % fat: 36%
Android % fat: 46.5
Gynoid % fat: 37.7
Legs % fat: 32.6
Trunk % fat: 42.6
BMI: 28.6 kg/m2
I hope to get rid of some of that android fat and get the total fat % down to a healthy level. I will get re-tested every 10 weeks to see how it is going. Wish me luck!!
My journal entry for today (10-9-2011)
Breakfast: Omelet with5 eggs and bell pepper, 7 strips of uncured bacon
Dinner: Red delicious apple and trail mix (pistachio meat, raw sunflower seeds, raw almonds, raisins)
Supper: Chicken breast and mixed veggies
Walked 45 minutes with the dogs

Walked dogs about 30 minutes before the rain came
Fasted until dinner and had veggies and bacon wrapped scallops with a garden salad and a little ranch
Nighttime snack of canned tuna with mustard and some pecans
10-11
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and bacon
Lunch: Red Rome Apple and some raw almonds
Dinner: New York Strip with mixed veggies

Breakfast: Bacon and egg omelet with peppers
Lunch: Mixed nuts and tuna
Dinner Grilled chicken salad with mixed greens
For exercise: walked with the dogs and cleaned out a shed (lots of "lift heavy things.")
Doing well so far!
ETA: Nighttime snack of bacon and a Granny Smith.

Breakfast: Eggs and Bacon (If it ain't broke don't fix it)
Dinner: 2 T-Bone steaks with broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Apple for dessert. I felt kind of bad about eating that second steak, but I didn't want to let it go to waste.
Walked with the dogs.

Breakfast: Guess! Eggs and Bacon
Lunch: Almonds and Granny Smith Apple
Dinner Again, T-Bone and veggies
Walked with the dogs

Breakfast: None
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad
Will get an exercise as I pace back and forth in front of the T.V. during the Bama game!

Breakfast: Fried eggs and cheese with bacon
Lunch: Granny Smith apple and too many pecans
Dinner: Salmon with veggie kabobs
10-17
Breakfast: Fried eggs and cheese with bacon
Lunch: Red Delicious apple, pecans, and almonds
Dinner: Fried bacon cheeseburgers baby!
This weekend we were visiting with in-laws who live in a really hilly neighborhood, so we got to walk some killer hills.

Lunch: Leftover burgers
Dinner: Canned tuna with some mustard
Walked with the dogs and did push ups, planks, and the shoulder push ups.

Snacked on some nuts throughout the day
