    what about the garlic

I make mine with lemon not lime and garlic, lots of garlic.

Sometimes we add a mashed hard boiled egg for the protein.

    To each his own
I like the straight up, ripe, sweet, avocado taste

I like mine "straight up", too. I call mine Holy Guacamole ... because it's pure
I use lime and avocado oil instead of EVOO just to raise the overall fat profile up a bit. Spread on firm lettuce leaves and drop some meat on top. Gorgeous!

you'll just have to make some, I guess
Everyday Paleo has a good recipe. I always add chocolate or carob powder to add depth.
