Just curious if there's any info on how much sugar it takes for blood sugar to spike. Guess it's different for everyone?

Get a cheap blood glucose meter and find out what it is for yourself....did I say they were cheap? Yes, they are cheap.

That's like asking how many sperm it takes to fertilize an egg, bro!
It doesn't matter what you eat, whether it's carbs, fats, or protein. Your body responds to it by releasing insulin. Granted, some forms spike your sugar harder than others, but it only takes a bite to start a chain reaction.

There's really no way of telling without having a glucometer and test strips. For me it depends on what I eat all day....if I'm eating low carb all day and I have something carby for a treat it's not so bad. If I eat moderate carbs all day and then have a piece of cake it's higher. If you're in doubt you can get a glucometer from walgreens or rite aid.

Yeah pretty impossible to say. Depends on what you mean by "spike", your body, type of carb, what you're eating it with etc. You can test, or go by how you feel.
