Stupid simple crockpot pork page

Made this yesterday and even my very picky spouse loved it. So easy to change this around a bit.

Slice onion and pepper, place in bottom of crockpot
Cube pork and place on top (I used boneless country style ribs)
Pour a cup or so of salsa over the top (pico de gallo would work well)
The salsa I used had no questionable ingredients.

Ignore it all day. Pork comes out so tender and tasty!

thanks i love stupid simple recipes! I'm about to make a big ole mess of tomatillo salsa, i bet that would be good w/ pork.
