Swiss Marigold Vegetable Bouillion
Ingredients: sea salt, yeast extract, rice flour, vegetables, palm oil, turmeric, parsley
It's delicious, but definitely a "processed food"- what's the paleo stance on this stuff?
I'm interested in this too. I used to use it quite often, but I only use hoe made stock now. I do miss the convenience of it when I've run out of the home made stuff.
I'd use some marigold with some gelatin (to give that nice mouth feel stock has) to make vegetable soups.
