    Thanks for the reassurance! Very helpful. Funny that at my age, there's still nothing like a group physical challenge/activity to whisk me right back to P.E. class terror :-)

    But I AM really looking forward to attending, no matter what. And, yes, do stay over--savoring life's pleasures has got to be one of the best Primal lessons I've learned so far. See you at the pool!

    I just bought my tickets tonight. I attended Mark's seminar in Kansas City last year and had a great time. I can't wait to get to Primal Con and have a blast!

    Hello!

    This will be my first time attending PrimalCon...very excited. Been doing the diet since September 2011 and joined CrossFit in mid-November 2011. I was actually turned on to CF after researching the diet first (many CrossFitters I've met learned about the nutrition *after* joining CF). I was actually curious about Primal/Paleo due to my degree in anthropology with an interest in hunter-gatherers and "cavemen."

    I'm a native Southern Californian and am pretty familiar with the Oxnard area, so I'm thankful that's it's "at home"!
