Greetings from the Duke City!
Just popping in to say hello. Been checking out the site and forum for a few days and decided to take the plunge and join up with the movement.
I've been working on my weight for about 9 months now, mostly with running and cycling while reducing the carbs and especially the sugar. Switching into the Primal approach now and I'm pretty excited to get going.
Down from a lifetime high of 285 to 245 now. I'm 6'2" and built like a tank so while the weight charts say I should weigh 193, my target weight is really around 210. Having said that, my focus is no longer on weight so much and mostly on how I look and feel.
The question is, are you going to die sitting on the sofa - or doing something interesting?
