    Greetings from NC!

    Primal Fuel
Hi all! I'm excited to now be a registered member of the forums! I'm a 30 yr old dude living in NC. I've been a lurker for awhile and read the primal blueprint book about 3 months ago. In the process of starting a new job and relocating, I didn't take the steps to implement what I read in the book. Now I'm in a position to do just that, and I'm excited about the journey! I'm very thankful to have stumbled across the book. Oddly enough, it's very much in line with the way my parents fed me growing up, and looking back on it, I'm sure that was 80% of the reason I was always so fit and healthy back then. It was only after college and starting full time employment that I became carb-hungry. I'm hoping to come away with some good tips and share some good tips.

Welcome! Always glad to see more NC primals on the boards. There are a few of us around
I'm in the Triangle most of the time but also spend time on the coast (as you might guess).

Good luck and look forward to hearing about your progress!

Thanks for the support! I'm in Durham but we frequent Raleigh a lot. I'll definitely check out those farmers markets.

Don't know much NC geography but I'm going on a trip to Asheville/Pisgah next week to go mountain biking. I'll be a primal immigrant for a few days.
Trying a journal. We'll see how long that lasts....
