    I'd love a recipe, too.

    I am an inexperienced seafood eater looking for ideas. Just tonight I had salmon with kerrygold garlic and herb butter and a dash of lemon. It was ok (the butter is amazing) but I think I'd like more flavor to help mask the fishy taste.

    What are the simplest flavors for use on salmon, especially spicey? Also, is sour cream good on fish?
