Restarting my athletic aspirations after some time off due to injuries.
I was primal last year for about six months, and I loved it! I was fast and strong. I reached 119 pounds, about 12% bodyfat.
My injuries (shoulder,kidney) led to time off, which led to depression and bingeing.
Right now I am about 145 pounds. My muscles have regained the strength lost, but now I have a thick layer (25 pounds!) of fat surrounding them.
My workouts are already primal, the next 30 days are going cold-turkey(with bones and skin!) Primal.
I will post my foods and workouts in this journal.
