I'm too stubborn to give up so I keep on trying.
You're never going to get to the top of the stairs if you don't walk up them.
Coconut oil is good but it can't work miracles. Skin condition in women seems mostly a function of age and prior lifestyle.
That was posted by Dr. K. in the leptin reset postSome one asked about loose skin post weight loss too......here are my thoughts.
after my patients lose their weight we use a few things to tighten skin over about 12 months.....high dose Vit K2 and teprenone (Oral and topical), caprylic acid (oral and topical) and high dose dietary palm and coconut oil. It does amazing things to adipocytes and the skin once the weight is gone.
I've lost 140 pounds and have some sagging skin too. Boo. I haven't found anything that helps other than muscle building to help fill it out again. I'm now expermenting with MSM and fish oil supplements but it's too early to tell if I'm seeing a benefit as it's only been a couple of weeks. I think my skin does feel softer but that may be my imagination. Who knows. If you find anything that works for you I'd be interested in hearing about it.
Just remember that you saggy is better than you flabby!
