Yes to wild salmon! Also, sardines or mackerel canned in olive oil.

Go easy on tuna due to their position on the food chain and build-up of toxins.

We have a store out here called McGinnis Sisters that has all manner of cool things. Maybe there are canned eels in olive oil out there somewhere. The oysters have cottonseed oil. Is that a bad one?

I've just gotten on the canned wild salmon bandwagon. Feeling guilty though. How can there be that many "wild caught" salmon that they can can them etc? I don't want to overfish them. Also, been eating the Bumble Bee. Any better brands?

Yeah, it's one of the bad ones. Personally, I'd still eat them, just rinse them off and look for ones canned in water or a good oil in the future.
