Looking for chipotle style chicken marinade page

I'm getting bored with regular chicken. Anyone use any marinades they really like? Looking for something that tastes like the chipotle chicken they have at the Chipotle restaurant. Anything else is fine too. I'm not much into spice, but a little bit won't hurt.

You can always just run a search for "Chipotle chicken copycat recipe." When I did, several different recipes came up. I've no idea which is best/most accurate. But the recipe on chipotlefan dot com is controversial (read all comments first), so you might want to skip that one. (Maybe....)

All the restaurants have copycat recipes floating about the 'net.
