Exclamation Are You a Coronary Bypass Survivor?

Surely I am not the only person in this 'Internet Metropolis' Following The Primal Blueprint who is a coronary bypass survivor. Talk to me, fellow members of 'The Zipper Club'!

Or perhaps you know someone (family, friends) who has lived to tell the tale and is now Primal or Paleo. I'd love to hear their story!

A few of us have stents, but I don't recall anyone who's had CABG
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
Thanks, Peril. I guess I am surprised that, in a community of this size, that I would be the only one to have undergone bypass surgery.
