Hey guys,

Just wanted to drop a line and say hello. I'm a recent college grad who used to be a pretty good athlete back in high school, but lost sight of things in college due to the inevitable pressures of booze, junk food, too little sleep, and too much partying. I recently woke up on a Sunday morning feeling awful, looked myself in the mirror, and realized how much body fat I'd gained, and how far I'd gotten from my All-Conference high school football days. I had some familiarity with the Primal Blueprint and Paleo eating styles and had dabbled over the years, but never with any consistency. I've decided to finally make the change, and to achieve the body composition/athletic performance that I haven't had in 4 or 5 years. Who knows; maybe if all goes well and I get back into football shape, I'll find myself back on the field in an adult league in the coming years.

The sky is the limit, and I'm excited for the journey.
