This looks like a good primal meatball recipe

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

What would you use in place of the breadcrumbs? Otherwise sounds good.

These meatballs are excellent if I do say so myself, and 100% primal

I made the Everyday Paleo meatballs yesterday.. I will be eating meatballs for about 5 days from the size of the recipe, but they are amazing.

I made these Fast Paleo Swedish meatballs - Paleo Recipe Sharing Site yesterday (without the sauce) and they were delicious, the nutmeg flavour was really good, although I doubled the recipe but didn't double the spice quantities. I made them with half pork/ half beef, and have had some cold for breakfast this morning.
