And what about all the spoilage from the bison that you couldn't eat?

Who needs animals when there are abundant fish and maybe even birds? I suppose I could go for the odd rat for the challenge of catching them
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

Bunnies. Cuz they arecute and fuzzy and they breed fast.

Not sure I could preserve all the meat from a bison (biasae? What's the singular of bison?)

Sheep. They can be domesticated and I would have access to sheep's milk and wool in addition to the meat.

I vote goats, too. Chickens would be useful, but I really don't *like* chickens. Goats have personality.

I'm going to have to go with deer.

Venison is tasty; horns and pelt can be made into a ton of things...

    Plus, they aren't GMO!
