i think my answer. you got the meat for general nutrition, the coffee for the brain boost, and the milk for the good sugars.
I think I'd go for greens, fish and coconut.
Eggs, ground beef, spinach
I think that's the approach you'd have to take. It doesn't matter how much you love the food you pick. You'll hate it soon enough if that's all you'd ever get to eat.

Cow milk (mostly cheese, sour cream and heavy cream)

I second this one! Or maybe swap the berries for walnuts. I love walnuts.
