how do you fight late night binge cravings.

    Primal Fuel
I am having a problem at times. That problem is that at night all i want to do is eat. It doesnt even matter what. I end up binging on primal food. I was wondeing if anyone else has this happen and what they do about it. I dont gain more after a binge, but i dont really lose either. I still need to lose a good 15 to 20 lbs. thanks guys

    Easy.
    Go to bed.
There's a wonderful story about it here:

just suffer through it and learn to enjoy the pain.

you don't eat late at night and that's it, stare at the ceiling til you die.

You may also be dehydrated. Try drinking some water.

    Coconut flour!!!
This biscuit recipe is so filling its REALLY hard to eat much more.
    2T coconut flour
    2 1/4T water
    pinch of salt
    1/4t baking soda
    1 egg

Put them all together, stick it in the microwave in a little bowl for ~2 min and the cut open and melt cheese on it...yum!

Also, nuts are awesome snacks. Or try making decaf coffee or tea, it really helps me when I'm not hungry, just munchie.

Do anything where you are not sitting down or laying down. Walk, run, jump rope, dance.
It's when you're doing passive activities (HA!) that you crave food. If I really want to be on the computer or read a book, I don't sit down, I MOVE. I don't care about looking goofy, because atleast I'm not stuffing my face.
My smartphone makes me about $100 per month

Chug a quart of water. That usually takes the hunger away.
