basketball and sweaty hands
I made my rec league basketball debut last night after a 2+ year absence from the game.
Big problem, my palms sweat more than the average guy, I think, and I had trouble with my hands.
Is the chalk that NBA players use the same as the chalk weight lifters use?
I imagine theyre close, if not the same.
They both do essentially the same thing, enhance grip (or reduce slippage).
I'd say give it a go at a practice on the court, I always like to test out new stuff prior to a game
What about baby powder does this work just as good?
Just be careful, some of them seem to be a bit oily. I would stay with the chalk.
