Hey all,
I recently found some seriously cheap organs on sale (pig's liver, ox liver, pig's kidney). I can't even remember when I last ate organ meat and I've never cooked it before. I fancied a challenge.
Does anyone have any good recipes that I can try? Many thanks.

Yes, I'd like to see some recipes as well. Thanks for starting the thread. I just picked up some calf's liver a few minutes ago.
The first thing I thought of was to throw some in a skillet with some onions and cook it that way.

I have been eager to try liverwurst... maybe not the same as a pure organ source... but it seems like a more appetizing way to start down this path...
Ive wanted to try this with some fresh veggies for a while now...

Try foodnetwork.com, they have a lot of good recipes. I found lots for liver.
