    Inner thighs

    Hi All,

In the gym I am doing (for my lower half):
    Squats
    Dead Lifts
    Seated Calf raises
    Stiff Leg Deadlifts

All of which are great for everywhere on my leg EXCEPT my inner thighs. Which of course, are more jiggly than I care for them to be. Outside of getting on that machine that looks like a glorified thigh-master, are there other moves I could do that would help with this?

Sumo squats? Hiking? Mostly just giving you a bump here because I would like the answer as well.

What about sideways lunges? They might do the trick for you.

Those are stabilizing muscules, so combining balance and resistance is as much as you can do for them. I do the following with kettlebells that I think gets them as much as anything else:

    One-legged straight-legged deadlift
    figure 8th
    side lunge with a rack
kettlebell pases with a forward lunge

When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

I promise this will help. My inner thighs scream when I use my kettlebell and squat, with toes pointing out at a 45%. Kind of how you see a catcher squat down in baseball. Again, stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, use a weight you can do maybe 15-20 times, squat down all the way, no half squats here, then back up. I go on my toes because I'm not flexible, try to stay flat footed. Don't overdo it. It really gets the inner thighs. Hope it works for you.

Single leg stuff: single leg Romanian dead lifts, single leg squats, split squats or lunges, step sup, and...side plank! Advanced side plank variations hits hit the inner thigh well.

+1 to all the exercises suggested in this thread -- but remember, you can't spot reduce fat. Strong inner thighs are awesome though, especially when it comes to horseback riding and sex.
