Scrambled eggs causing heartburn?
Every morning when I eat my usual scrambled eggs and bacon, I get acid reflux about 2 hours later. Everything is of course cage free, nitrate free and uncured. The heartburn is not bad, just irritating really. I'm going to try poaching the eggs tomorrow to see if it makes a difference. Just curious if anyone else experienced a different reaction in their bodies by cooking the same food a different way?
I may be wrong but I think when you get acid reflux hours after eating its because it's not stomach digesting properly, you may need more acid, not less. Do a search on here for HCL.
