I'd really like to start sleeping by 9.30pm and getting up at 5.30, but, since the last several months I've only been sleeping 3/4 hours per day. Sleeping by 11pm, waking up at 3 am. Always at 2, 3 or 4 am at the latest.

I figure, if I wake up at 3 am without fail, at least I should go to bed at 8 or 9 in the evening.

So what are the best resources on sleeping?
