might want to watch the bacon ingredients, you probably don't want things like sugar, msg, or nitrates.

It is not uncommon that I go through 2 1/2 dozen in a week. I've never been healthier.

No. Eggs are great for you. I eat 5-6 eggs a day. Yum!

I'm starting to get a reputation for my egg consumption, since I usually have between 4 and 8 eggs a day ("That can't be healthy"). Only argument against eggs I can see as possibly having some validity is the issue of lectins if you have leptin resistance. Which I haven't really looked into too much myself, honestly, but there seems to be a lot of info here in the forums if you're interested in that angle.

The way I see it, if you feel fine consuming a lot of eggs then go for it.

Don't go overboard on processed meats like bacon and ham, especially if they are made using nitrates, MSG, tons of sugar, etc. A lot of people around here just pound that stuff and I don't think that can be healthy.

Yes, 1-2 a day are quite *BAD*. You need to be eating way more than that!

I go through a ton of eggs like everyone else posting. Usually go 6 at a time and go through 2 dozen a week. I don't do a lot of bacon, personally. It is delicious, but I feel bacon is kinda expensive for what it is. If I cooked with bacon fat it would be a different story. I just use butter for my eggs and coconut oil everything else.

Yup, I'm 3 or 4 eggs a day too. To be honest, I do much better on the days that I eat a bunch of eggs than the days that I don't.
