Woot! Got my Paleo Comfort Foods Cookbook!

Already made the Morning Glory muffins, and even with my modifications/forgot to add honey, they were pretty effin' tasty!
I didn't use shredded coconut (ack! woodchips!), used cranberries instead of raisins, and didn't add the honey.

Not bad, especially with a fried farm fresh egg and some grass fed butter. Noms!!
