    I just made this for dinner (with lamb steaks) and it was CRAZY GOOD. And super easy. Yeah, there's a teaspoon of sugar. You'll live.

    Does a teaspoon really do that much? Curious if I left it out if that would destroy things. I have a tri-tip that needs mutated.
