Just registered but have pretty much been following the Primal Principles all along for the most part. Looking to break the sugar/processed food addiction and maybe drop the last 10lbs which I'm sure is partly all bloat from excess carbs and crap that I eat inbetween.
My usual diet is only one meal a day (dinner) which is protein/salad or protein/veggie but it's the snacking/desserts that derail my good intensions.
I usually strength train 3 times a week and do cardio (running/cycling) on my non lifting days. I do have a desk job which makes getting in the workouts all that more important.
