the bay mentions whole30 so i decide to look more in depth. through my lo these many years of reading and learning, i already knew about it, i just want them to give me specifics and a shopping list and food for the weeks because i'm terrible with food creativity. as with everything, if i'm handed too many options i get lost with the blind spot right in front of my face
