I've had bouts of insomnia since I was a teenager, and believe it or not, we didn't all have computers in the 1970s! And I didn't have a tv in my bedroom, so I'm not sure the blue light thing is that much of a big deal to those of us who just wake up in the middle of the night and stay up for a few hours.
Have you f.lux'd (just look up f.lux )your PC? It changes the lighting color the screen gives off to yellow toned at sunset and resets it to blue tones at sunrise.
I still stay up too late most of the time though. *shrug*
But that could be because I stay on my husbands shift hours.

And I was a night owl as a kid too... no PC or laptop or other devices... no TV.
Just a radio... and a flashlight to read by until I got busted. And they all gave off yellowy light back then anyway.

i still haven't finished the series so i'm just gonna assume that she and jaime hook up and he realizes what a dumbass cersei is

because lady brienne's uptight exterior is powerful magic, and she totally kicked his ass and he liked it

    i could tell

and 40 cloves of garlic chicken is supper. if garlic pores don't shoo wasps away from me then nothing will. i wouldn't mind their curiosity so much if they didn't have stabbing death hanging out of their butts

the wisteria i thought was dead and bought a replacement for sprouted leaves so i have to dig another damn tree root filled hole. i bought bamboo reeds and fishing line so my grapes have something to trail on. i'm gonna play in the dirt cause that's (almost) always fun

my nails are a mile long so they may get trimmed cause i don't like dirt under my nails. the mice at the homestead are protesting their poisoning by chewing the pressed wood under the sink.

they're beyond pissing me off and i'm ready for them to die

i'm a smidgen ocd, anal and i don't like something being made dirty after i clean it

and bay, no sketti squash seeds or plants to buy yet

Whoa, I forgot this show has been on for 6+ seasons! He is quite a bit thinner there...and I definitely like her hair longer.

I think fake boobs are a little like twins or sisters.
In the 'now' you don't even think about it, you just dive right in, but maybe later/after you think to yourself "that/those weren't quite right..."

*don't look at me like that*
