Hello everyone. I have what may be a stupid question... I have been doing the simplefit workout three days per week for about two weeks now and have gotten to level 8, sometimes using a daypack filled with sand while doing the workout. On the opposing days (tu,thu, sat) i try to move slowly for 35 to 45 minutes. Should I be doing this more frequently? Like everyday? I cant sprint for awhile due to a nagging groin/lower ab strain that will not freaking heal. Thanks for any input.

I don't think you can walk too much. The more the better.
Another somewhat interesting thread regarding walking and low intensity workouts, especially what's said at the bottom. Looks like a low carb forum so the chances of bro-science are substantially lowered in my opinion
