Here's a quick no-egg Ice Cream recipe I derived this evening, having not found one elsewhere.

1 can Coconut Milk (full fat)
1.5 tspn Pure Vanilla Extract, no sugar
3Tbs RAW Honey (I only use 1.5, myself)
6 chopped Dates
3 slices of Bacon (Nitrate free is best).

1) Throw it all into a food processor.
2) Process.
3) Drop mixture into your Ice Cream Maker and run for 25 minutes.
4) Toss in some extra bacon/dates during last 5 minutes if you desire for aesthetics/texture.
5) Dine with the gods

If anyone does make one w Egg Yolks, I'd be interested to hear how it competes with the non-egg recipe.
