Hello! I was wondering if anyone had experience living and eating primal in a developing country, particularly in Africa. I imagine it might be easier, especially in a rural village. Soon, I'll be heading to Lesotho, Africa for 27 months. Does anyone know of any resources for recipes that require few/simple ingredients? Also, I've got my fish oil capsules packed, but are there any other suggestions as to what primal staples I should bring with me? Thanks!
